Using IE

I'm using IE 9, 10, and 11 for testing. It works fine on the site mentioned, and if I just make it a .htm file, but not if I make a page as HTML and the code is the same thing. When it runs through Domino, it doesn't display correctly. Is there some setting in Domino that has to be changed?
